The mission of this Fellowship is to assist churches and associations in starting healthy New Testament congregations that will reproduce themselves. Assistance is provided through field consultants, demographic research, training, assessment of church planters and processing requests for church planting grants.  New church planters are prepared through a church planting training program in partnership with Smith Chapel Bible University, USA and ECAmerica LLC.
